Prising information out of security experts isn’t easy at the best of times, so getting attendees of SDW2012 to chillax and chat during the London heatwave last week was always going to take some cool tactical planning.

With debate heating up inside the QEII Conference Centre, the world’s most inquisitive marketing team was hot on the tail of show attendees outside.  Armed with some standard-issue digital gadgetry plus an impromptu stock of choc-ices to sweeten the deal, our quartet of pollsters managed to tempt the talk out of SDW visitors as they exited the show and made haste to the air conditioned comfort of Westminster Tube station.
