Like most B2B marketing agencies, we’re working towards the new GDPR regulations. For this reason, we’re taking the opportunity to review our privacy and data usage policies.

Do we hold any personal information about you?

First and foremost, you’d probably like to know what, if any, personal information we have stored about you already. Just click the bubble at the bottom of the screen to see if you’re on our database.

If we do have your personal information on our database where did it come from?

Our mailing list has grown organically over the years. We’ve never bought mailing lists for any third parties. If you are on our mailing list it’s because someone in your company got talking with someone in ours.

This kind of word-of-mouth list building built on recommendations has been OK so far, but in the new environment of GDPR it’s no longer good enough.  We’re making changes.

If we do have your personal information on our database what will we do with it?

If you are on our database already and have not opted to unsubscribe in the past, we’ll continue to send you occasional emails when we update our blog or when you indicate an interest in our products or services. Your information is never passed to third parties.

From May 25th 2018, we’ll only mail contacts if they have given us clear and unambiguous consent to do so within the last six months. If you’re an old friend that has been happy to receive our mails in the past, you’ll need to refresh your consent if you’d like to keep receiving them after May 25th, 2018.

If you’d ever like to stop receiving marketing email from us, just click the word “unsubscribe” at the bottom any any mail we send you.

Finally, we won’t assume that it’s OK to send you marketing email just because you’re an existing or an old customer. You’ll need to opt-in to our marketing emails seperately.
